Mor Rubinstein is a community coordinator at Open Knowledge, where she works on projects like the Open Data Index, a global benchmark of of open data state around the world and the Open Data Handbook. Occasionally, she is also taking part in studies at the Oxford Internet Institute as a research assistant. Prior to her work at Open Knowledge she used to work as a community coordinator at the Israeli Open Data NGO, The Public Knowledge Workshop (in which she still volunteers in even today). As part of her work there she helped to organise national advocacy campaigns in Israel. Mor holds an MSc. in Social Science of the Internet from the Oxford Internet Institute, where she focused on open government data measurements in Europe.
